No cash refunds,
exchange only

Exchange will only be
done if the product is damaged in shipping.

Replacement will be
done with a product of equal value of your choice.
Should you not choose a product (or your choice not
be available) for exchange, we will pick one of
equal or grater value for you.

To get an exchange,
you must return the original (damaged) product to us
(customer is responsible for return shipping cost,
we will pay to have the replacement product shipped
to you).

The returned product
must include a copy of notification to shipping
company (example; USPS) of receiving the product
damaged.

No exchange will be
done without prior exchange approval by YourDesign2.
So, be sure to contact us right away if you need to
exchange a product.

Exchange request must
be received by us via. e-mail no later then 5 days
from your receiving the product.

Exchange for products
not received must be made within 5 days of delivery
date. We reserve the right to confirm delivery prior
to making exchange. Customer is responsible to file
a claim with the shipping company (example; USPS)
and provides us with verification of claim. We
are in no way liable for products not received due
to customers providing us with improper mailing
address and/or instructions.
Note:
All our products are
collectables and most are in excess of 10 years old. Be
sure to check the product condition posted with each
item and the large photo for each product prior to
ordering. Neglecting to do so on your part does not
qualify you for exchange.

Refunds will only be given if we
fail to provide you with the product/service agreed
upon in written agreement.

Refund must be requested in writing
via. e-mail within 5 days of completion of your
product/service.

Customer must allow us to attempt to
correct any problems prior to any refunds being
made.

No refunds will be given for search
engine submissions. We can only submit your site, we
can not guarantee that it will get listed.

No refunds will be made in any way
on purchase of domain names and/or hosting service.
These services have to be paid in advance by us.
Once purchased, they will remain ours. We will
transfer domains and/or external hosting
services to you if you would like. But there will be
a small fee to cover our additional expenses and/or
time to make the transfer. Request for transfer must
be made at same time as original request for refund.
Request made after the original refund request will
be denied.

Refunds can take up to 4 weeks,
depending on your choice of payment.

Refunds will only be given in the
form of a money order or check. We will not do
charge backs to credit cards or cash refunds.
Note:
Web design and graphic
design is a tuff area, not everyone will like the same
things. Therefore there will be details to work out on
any website/graphic that someone designs for you. We
work hard to keep them to a minimum. We will do
everything in our power to satisfy you with our service.
We ask that if you have any dispute, you allow us to
work together. We understand that not all situations can
be worked out, however we do require that an attempt be
made on both ends prior to making any refunds. Your
failing to make an attempt to resolve any issues that
your refund request is based upon will result in denial
of refund.
